We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, which was perfect after long days of exploring the city. One of the best things about this place is the location — everything was within walking distance, from historic landmarks to great restaurants and shops. It made getting around super easy and convenient. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

We loved our stay here, it’s close to all the places we visited. Are felt safe and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t know that it’s a B&B, not a hotel and this property doesn’t allow after hours check in. I was a bit worried when I found out that it’s not a hotel and there’s no front desk. Expedia support was completely useless, they just waisted time. Luckily those were no problem for us. We had a wonderful time in Rome and at this B&B.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The location was excellent: we walked to most places, including Il Colosseo, which was 25 min away. Roma Termini is just 15 min away. My room was huge, with a king size bed, very unusual in European hotels. Very nice bathroom. Extremely clean. No receptionist, but the communication with the hotel’s team via WhatsApp was always easy and fast. I will come back to Rome and, without any doubt, I will book a room here.

Walking distance from the main train station as well as all the major tourist sights. Property was clean, well maintained. It is in the center so has the noise levels of such but the curtains do a good job of dampening it. The door opening system on the mobile once you get use to it is easy to use. Would use again very good price, location and helpful staff.

Overall a good property. Decent location close to restaurants and not too far a walk into the city centre. Around a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. No front desk so contact was via WhatsApp and the staff member I spoke with responded very quickly when I asked for the check-in instructions. Access via a key safe, main door lock was a bit sticky. Accessed apartment and room door using a link on phone, could be a little slow to open but didn’t have any major problems. Very clean. Had asked for single beds but had one king size, however it was very comfortable. Shower is a let down, poor water pressure from rainfall head and other head needs to be held when in use. Shower was also leaking. Good amount of storage space. Overall a decent stay in Rome and not bad value for money.

The property was quite convenient in terms of transportation and walkability as well a lot of dining options around. Also love their pillows which they gave 2 per person. One firm memory foam and the other was medium.
