The suite had a shared kitchen with other rooms. This place doesn’t feel like a hotel at all—it’s more like renting a room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and you had to wait about 15 minutes for the water to get warm. The hairdryer didn’t work properly either. The only good things were that it was clean and located across from a nice café. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a better place. We definitely won’t be coming back here.

They offer transportation but we were stuck in the airport. The entrance procedure was awful.We leave our stuff in the room and then when we come back they said they confuse the room and stay outside like 30 min figure out what happens . A lot of confusion and they only said sorry . If was an awful experience. I never stay in this location and didn’t recommend this

The location is a bit outside the historical Rome district, but it has access to many bus lines to all attractions. There are also many restaurants nearby. The room is clean. However there is no daily house keeping.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, which was perfect after long days of exploring the city. One of the best things about this place is the location — everything was within walking distance, from historic landmarks to great restaurants and shops. It made getting around super easy and convenient. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

We loved our stay here, it’s close to all the places we visited. Are felt safe and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t know that it’s a B&B, not a hotel and this property doesn’t allow after hours check in. I was a bit worried when I found out that it’s not a hotel and there’s no front desk. Expedia support was completely useless, they just waisted time. Luckily those were no problem for us. We had a wonderful time in Rome and at this B&B.

Love it. I will come back.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The location was excellent: we walked to most places, including Il Colosseo, which was 25 min away. Roma Termini is just 15 min away. My room was huge, with a king size bed, very unusual in European hotels. Very nice bathroom. Extremely clean. No receptionist, but the communication with the hotel’s team via WhatsApp was always easy and fast. I will come back to Rome and, without any doubt, I will book a room here.
