The room was lovely, spacious and clean, well situated a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rome or a very short bus journey. The host was easy and quick to communicate over text, and check-in was very easy. Wi-Fi was quick and AC had no issues (albeit we were staying in March so there was not much need for AC). The communal area was also super clean and easy to use. Despite being on a busy street it was never too noisy and other guests were also respectful, tidy and quiet. An excellent stay overall, thank you so much!

We liked that the property had a dining area & kitchen to warm up food, make tea, etc. Of course, you have to wash the dishes afterwards & keep the kitchen tidy because there was no staff in the property. All communication with the property staff was by email & WhatsApp. WhatsApp was very useful because we had trouble getting in the room on arrival using a digital key. Once I paid the city tax, the Vikey worked fine & had no problem getting in. Bus stops were walking distance from the property, so getting around Rome using Moovit app was easy. The property was far from the city centre but accessible by bus. There were multiple restaurants along Via Piave and around Piazza Fiume area. There were convenience stores & grocery store nearby. Over all, it was a nice stay.

Avoid this place. So many things are wrong here. The internet NEVER worked during our stay and keep in mind in order to access the building and room you need internet. The place is deteriorated, mold in the bathroom, not like the pictures, bathroom sink clogged, you share the apartment, you only get a room and bathroom which was not mentioned. On top of that, they locked us out of the room (with our things inside) because we had not yet paid a 20€ city tax fee, which was going to be paid anyways (unbelievable). The shower pressure was horrible, making showers extremely uncomfortable. The only reason we stayed was because at least the bedsheets were clean and we were extremely tired and it was the last 2 days of our trip. The room also mentions breakfast which is a lie because no one works there. Literally a disaster and made our stay in Rome unpleasant. Please avoid this place.

The property is located in a quiet but convenient area - supermarket, breakfast and several restaurants very nearby. It’s not really a hotel but part of an apartment. During our 3 night stay we didn’t encounter any staff members - check in and check out was arranged through WhatsApp. I expected new sheets and towels the next day but this happened after 2 nights, which is poor. We also had problems with outlets and the TV, which turned out to be a circuit breaker problem, which they advised us to switch over manually - a maintenance person would be send on our checkout date to fix it. That’s not only disregarding guest safety but also very unprofessional. One does not ask guests to temporarily contain an electrical problem by asking them to open a fuse box! Despite these set backs with accommodations, Rome is still fantastic. Just avoid this place.
