We had a great stay at the property! It is a typical Roman apartment building, so there are multiple doors to enter with a combination of manual keys and electronic keys. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Proximity to Vatican City and tourist attractions. Room was clean, the shared kitchen included all utilities. Lady at the reception was very nice. The guesthouse is well heated during winter and quiet.

Great location for viewing iconic landmarks and close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and clean apartment. Note that two flights of stairs are involved. The friendly staff member waited for us to arrive and explained all amenities well.

The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful! She was very communicative and kind. The location is great— it’s in a cute neighborhood near some great cafes and restaurants. It is also a less than 15 minute walk to the metro. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The air conditioning was amazing in my room! The one big thing I will complain about is the bathroom’s cleanliness status. It looked clean, but there was an old urine smell and mildewy smell. Another thing, but smaller than the foul bathroom odor, is the upstairs neighbors had a heavy foot. I could hear and feel the vibrations of every footstep. I recommend wearing ear plugs and having some white noise on your phone to help with that noise. Again, no complaints at all about the staff; she was lovely!

Low Budget Stay with Some Pros and Cons

Decent size room with a small bathroom starting to show some wear. Hot water was not hot, the a/c didn't work well making a clicking noise, shower head clogged, noise/banging coming from other apartment. Convenient location, comfy bed, netflix, easy/secure building access.

Walking distance within 20 minutes from many of Rome’s attractions. Bed is extremely hard for my liking and there was only a limited amount of hot water. It’s perfect for one or two people.The owner/ property manager answered our calls and address our needs in a quick manner. There is no elevator to the first floor, so we had to carry our luggage. Around the corner there is Sancho pizza place if you need a bite to eat. The apartment is decent.

La ubicación excelente a 15 min del Vaticano. El baño no servía del todo bien, la limpieza estaba aceptable. Y el aire acondicionado suficiente y no se puede mover la temperatura. Aunque nunca vimos al personal, siempre estuvieron en contacto por whatsapp y muy amables Hay que subir un piso en escaleras, si tienes maletas grandes va a ser problema. Lo demás estuvo bien.
