The main problem is that we could not get in! I sent our arrival time using the hotel messaging system. No answer, so I tried again. When we got to the hotel, there was nobody there. I called their number, someone answered, and after 15 minutes they arrived and let us in. The B&B is just a few rooms on one floor of an appartment building, so there are no services other than the bathroom and shower in the room. They need to make it clear how to contact the hotel with arrival time so people are not left waiting utside.

Absolutely horrible

The worst expert ever. Check-in: not easy to reach the host, he asked me to wait "3 mins and call back", but leaving me waiting under crazy heat for 20 mins. Room: I don't complain about the facility because I knew it wasn't going to be good, however the air-conditioning didn't work is really not acceptable, asking them to come check and fix, but having no solution, and it's so obvious that they don't care, just made me speechless. Sleeping in an oven.

Personale disponibile. Check in ottimo.

Correction from a previus review.

I have already wrote a review a few days ago concerning this B&B. I need to rectify because the payment issue has been solved thanks to the work of Hotels.com who has refunded my first payment. All the other concern about this B&B remain the same, therefore my overall assessment is negative.

W dobrej cenie w super lokalizacji dla niewymagają

Super lokalizacja! Pół Rzymu dostępne na piechotę! Czysto. Śniadanie typowo włoskie, czyli rewelacyjna kawa i do wyboru słodki rogal.
