This functional apartment of about 50sqm, characterized by a classic style that gives the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere, opens onto a wide corridor that leads to the various rooms of the house

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), a dining table for 4 and a sideboard. From the living room there is access to a balcony where the washing machine is also located.

The bedroom has a double bed( 160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables , a chest of drawers, a bench and a wardrobe.

The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for six people and a small table with 2 chairs.

The bathroom has a toilet and shower. It is not equipped with a bidet. The bathroom is accessed through the living room.
