The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Unfortunately, she was the only friendly person working there. The male desk clerks were extremely rude. The room was quiet and the breakfast was good. Location is right next to the Pantheon so it is very crowded. If you know your way around Rome & don’t mind the rudeness it’s an ok place to stay.
