Great communication while planning. Very responsive. Arranged for private transportation to and from airport. Apartment was great. Perfect size for our family of four. Everything we needed for a weeks stay. 2 blocks from Colosseum. Pharmacy next door. 24/7 market 2 blocks away with wine/beer, snacks and food. Walked most places. Plenty of restaurants around. Used Freenow app for taxi when needed. Would 100% recommend.

Mary and Gianni were wonderful hosts and their apartment was so warm and comfortable. It is very conveniently located right near the Colosseum and many different bus routes and train/metro and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet and has lots of food options. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and the temperature of the house was very comfortable at the settings the owners had the thermostat on. OMG! Let me say the hosts went out of their way to make our stay perfect! If you are looking for super people who care about your vacation then you need to stay here. 2 blocks from colosseum and Hop on Hop Off buses!

Adorable air conditioned apartment right down the street from the Colosseum. The three bedrooms had comfortable queen size beds and the bathrooms were spacious. There is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment.The hosts, Gianni & Stefy, were easy to communicate with and provided us ( six friends) with a list of their favorite restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants and a cute little supermarket within walking distance. They also assisted with transportation from the airport to the apartment and from the apartment to the cruise port. We can’t thank them enough for their help.We highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing Property

This apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Check in was super easy and handled entirely remotely, same for check out. The property is well placed with lots of restaurants, stores, and venues nearby. It was also well furnished and cozy. We will definitely be back in the future next time we visit Rome.

The check-in process was quick and easy. They were very responsive and accommodating as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine, if you choose to (though why would you in Rome?) the kitchen is outfitted so you can make a full meal. Overall a lovely stay, an incredible location, and a great little spot to park while enjoying Rome.

My family had a great time in Rome and the apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed for a few days stay. Location is perfect and we saw many sites that were all reachable by walking. The hosts are great and check in and out was easy and straightforward. Place was clean, hosts very communicative, they arrange transportation for us from fiumicino airport, apartment very comfortable, able to put away everything easily. Location very close to colosseum, about 500 meters from subway.There is a small market in about 100 meters.Only negative the street was pretty dirty with garbage, not fault of the owners of course.

Beautiful apartment close to sites

This apartment was exactly as pictured. It was spotless, large, and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Some noise at night due to the location above a restaurant, but always wrapped up by 11:30 and did not keep us awake. Walkable to most of the sites in Rome. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for first time in Rome

Our first visit to Rome was great in Stefano’s apartment. We had no trouble locating in and he was extremely responsive and we were able to access it upon arrival. It’s extremely clean and within walking distance of many food options, groceries and sights. The train station is also close by. We had one little problem and he arrived within 30 mins to sort it out. He provided great recommendations for local places as well. The communication was excellent, needs comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful

I cannot speak highly enough about this apartment, it was clean exact like the listing and in a wonderful area of Rome. There are lots of restaurants, stores and wine bars within walking distance. The close proximity to the Colosseum was outstanding as we could visit it day or night with a short walk of less than five minutes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property and hosts

This apartment was wonderful for our large family! It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of space to eat and hang out after walking around the city. The location was close to several nice restaurants, the colosseum and forum. It was also easy to walk to the metro or a taxi. The hosts were especially helpful and even mailed some items we accidentally left in the apartment!

Colosseum Delight

The apartment had all the charm of the pictures and was a great place to start our exploration of Rome. The Colosseum and Forum are right there as well as many great restaurants in the neighborhood. The nearby metro stop is also very convenient to take you to other parts of Rome. The hosts were great to work with.

This property was mostly comfortable and nicely appointed. I loved being able to stroll the Colosseo Park every day! It had easy access to shops, markets, a pharmacy, and several delicious restaurants. There was even an Uber pick up right downstairs, very convenient. Check in was very easy and pleasant. The owners were very responsive throughout the process. Much appreciated! Expect some noise from neighbors and cafes below, but it went quiet before midnight. My biggest concern was with the beds. They were very stiff. The sheets and towels were clean. The other bedding was not. Every bed spread/duvet was stained and covered in pet/animal hair. The pillows were old, mis-shaped, and stained yellow and brown. Fortunately, this is a very easy fix for the owner! :) Thank you for a nice stay!
