Family Room Yellow & Blue Two Bedrooms

The Family Yellow and Blue option at AR Rooms Rome accommodates up to six guests in two separate private bedrooms. Yellow has one double bed for two guests, while Blue has two double beds for four guests. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The property is on Circonvallazione Nomentana, near Piazza Bologna and Tiburtina station in the Nomentano district. The kitchen and common room are shared with the other AR Rooms Rome rooms. Yellow has a private balcony, while the kitchen balcony is shared. The rooms offer air conditioning, Wi Fi, television, a mini fridge and a kettle, with bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided. Bedroom doors can be locked. Breakfast is not included. This booking includes Yellow and Blue together, for a total capacity of six guests; it does not include Green or Grey. Check in is from 15:00 until midnight and check out by 10:00. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.

The kitchen is shared. The doors to the rooms are locked. Breakfast is not included.

Check in from 15:00 until midnight; check out by 10:00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies, never in the room or indoor areas. Please respect other guests and quiet hours.
