Appartement au top ! Cela a répondu à toutes nos attentes. A 3 avec notre adolescent, la taille correspond très bien pour des vacances.La clim est un réel plus quand on vadrouille toute la journée sous la chaleur. La literie est parfaite et les équipements proposés sont un réel plus quand on voyage léger (lave linge, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser...). L'immeuble est calme et sécurisé.Nous avons aussi apprécié la décoration.L'emplacement est très bien desservi avec plusieurs lignes de bus et métro à proximité qui nous emmènent rapidement sur les principaux sites. Des supérettes et un marché nous entourent pour les courses.Pour finir, Giovanni est très sympathique, la communication est facile et chaleureuse, que ce soit pour l'accueil ou pour des conseils. Un grand merci.Nous recommandons ce logement et nous ferons de même avec notre entourage.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s apartment in Rome. Giovanni was an excellent host—very communicative, responsive, and easy to contact whenever we had a question. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and the dual air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable during the hot Roman summer. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely book this apartment again on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!
