Solid hotel if you need a place to sleep. Staff was friendly. The shower head was broken otherwise I’d give them a 5 stars. Also some random parts were falling apart like in the closet.

Location was amazing, you are surrounded by all the big tourist destinations. We were easily able to walk everywhere. Staff was extremely friendly and were kind enough to hold on to our bags for us after check out. The room is quite small but that is what you pay for, you have everything you need so good value. Our only complaint was the toilet leaked a little bit but was not a huge deal.

The room had everything we needed, including A/C. The building also had an elevator, which was convenient. The location was excellent. The only downside was the front desk receptionist, whose English was not the best, nor was his Italian so there was some miscommunication when trying to extend our stay, but the matter was resolved. Excellent location for the price. 10-15 minute walk away from the nicest parts of Rome and the Vatican. Check-in was very warm and friendly. Staff were courteous. Not a highend hotel but it has the basics and is quiet. If you want a room with an excellent location, for a reasonable price then this is a good choice.
