A cozy, bright, and recently renovated apartment featuring high-quality materials, located in a prime location near the center of Rome. Just a 1-minute walk away is the train station, which allows you to conveniently reach downtown Rome in 15 minutes for just a €1.50 fare. You’ll also find shuttle service to and from Ciampino Airport just a 1-minute walk away.

Upon entering, you’re immediately enveloped by an atmosphere of serenity and silence in a designer home where colors have been expertly chosen and paired to convey a sense of freshness and well-being.
All furnishings and accessories are new, and the linens are of excellent quality.

• Living Area: The cozy, spacious, and very bright living area features a comfortable, large sofa bed and a designer armchair, providing the ideal setting to relax while reading a good book or watching a movie on the smart TV equipped with Netflix and Disney+, or planning your excursions by consulting the Rome travel guides provided by the property. There is also fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for both work and leisure.

A spacious table will comfortably accommodate your meals, and the beautifully crafted, modern-style kitchen is well-organized and equipped with new appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker, kettle, and various kitchen utensils.

• Suite 1: Very spacious, featuring a double bed, a comfortable desk perfect for remote work, large closets, and a furnished small balcony.

• Suite 2: very cozy, featuring two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed if needed, and a large closet.

The comfortable mattresses in both rooms will ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Each room has a private bathroom; both bathrooms feature high-quality finishes and are equipped with everything you need, such as a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and towels.

Bathroom 1: featuring a comfortable shower and a full set of bathroom fixtures, it is directly connected to the first bedroom.

Bathroom 2: This bathroom also features a full set of bathroom fixtures and is very spacious. It’s ideal for guests staying in Suite 2 and on the comfortable sofa bed.

All the windows and doors are new and equipped with electric shutters. The systems are new and state-of-the-art, and the lighting throughout the apartment consists of adjustable spotlights.

Complimentary Nøtte toiletries—100% Made in Italy—are provided, including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and is very well connected not only to public transportation but also to major roadways, such as the Grande Raccordo Anulare, the various highways, and if you want to reach the beach, you can do so in just half an hour and enjoy our coastline.

And for those traveling by car, there are several paid parking lots in the area. However, I will personally arrange parking for my guests during their stay for up to 5 days. There is also a shuttle service with a private driver near the apartment, which can be booked upon request.

Check-in and check-out can be done either in person with our representative or via a smart lock with an access code; all the necessary information will be provided immediately after booking, and I’ll always be available to assist with any needs.

And if you’re looking for fun, there are plenty of options such as bowling alleys, nightclubs, sports centers, and beauty salons that are sure to suit your needs. Pets are allowed only upon request.

The maximum occupancy is 6 people, and guests who were not properly registered at the time of booking will not be accepted. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the apartment.

You will be required to pay the local tourist tax on-site, amounting to 1.50 euros per person per night of stay.
