Gîte 'Des 3 Ânes' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Rombach-le-Franc, Alsace, this 160 m² gîte welcomes up to 13 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for families and groups of friends, it offers direct access to hiking trails, donkey rides, and mountain biking.



The price depends on the number of guests declared at booking. The base rate includes 6 people; each additional guest is available for an extra fee at the time of reservation. The number of guests (adults and children) on the booking must match those present. Any undeclared guest will be charged upon arrival, and the owner reserves the right to refuse access. Thank you for your understanding—this allows us to prepare bedding and linens for everyone.



The gîte spans 2 floors with 2 separate, non-connecting entrances. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, and toilet. Upstairs: bedrooms and bathroom. For groups of up to 8, the lower level is sufficient; the upper level opens from 9 guests.



Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and heating throughout the house in winter. Glass-fronted wood stove (firewood available for an extra fee). Baby bed and high chair available.



Outside, enjoy the private garden with mountain views, both covered and open terraces, and a private barbecue for outdoor meals surrounded by nature.
