It is here, at the foot of the Vercors and on the banks of the Isère River, that we have chosen to share our passion for hospitality and to offer the table d’hôtes of Jean Paul Bossée, a former chef with two Michelin stars. A native of Romans, a city rich in culture and heritage, he is eager to share his joy at seeing this medieval town come back to life!
