Staff were very friendly and even handled a situation where another guests children were running around at 11pm at night. I was also accidentally overcharged but once I called and explained what happened a refund was initiated that same day along with a follow up email and call.

The staff were incredibly friendly! I lost my engagement ring and the owner and like 10 staff all helped me search for it and were incredibly nice! There was one lady who was so helpful when I needed new sheets and my son really adored her! She would talk to us and interact with my kids in such a friendly manner that was super helpful!

Lateash and Savannah made sure we were able to get in our room every time our door key was deactivated and if we need anything. We asked to change room due to my wife having anxiety issues with elevators and Leteash tried to find us another room on the 1st level and there weren't any but told us to let the person in the morning to move us ans we did and we were question why by zack which i told him. That was wrong to even ask.
