The property features a spacious front terrace with access to a private garage. The back terrace is also spacious, featuring a large private pool and an outdoor dining area for six. The outdoor space offers plenty of room to relax amid the greenery with a nice, cool drink.

On the upper floor, you’ll find an open terrace with an outdoor dining table for six, two single sofas, one three-seater sofa, and beautiful views of the golf course—the perfect spot to relax with a good book.

Inside the property, you’ll find a rustic-style living room with a coffee table, a comfortable three-seater sofa, and a two-seater sofa, as well as air conditioning, internet, and an LED TV with international channels. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a rustic-style dining table for 6, and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, etc.

From the living room, you have access to the three bedrooms: one features a double bed, a built-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and a built-in closet. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The second bathroom has a bathtub.

On the first floor, you’ll find a second living room with a comfortable 3-seater chaise longue, an LED TV with international channels, and air conditioning. There is also another 3-seater sofa with access to the backyard and a separate laundry room.

The property is supplied with linens for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
