A spacious 3 bed, 2 bath semidetached house with a large private swimming pool, well located to a couple of local shops and amenities and the natural salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata.
The main street of Ciudad Quesada or Rojales is less than a 5-minute drive away where you’ll find more local shops, bars & restaurants. A perfect place for the whole family.
As you enter the property you’ll find a spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool, an outdoor dining table for four with shade and a nice wood cottage with two comfortable outdoor single seaters. You’ll find more sun loungers and parasols around the pool to relax.
You’ll be welcomed by a nice warmly furnished living room with 2 comfortable 2-seater sofas, coffee table and a dining table for four and a single seater. There is a LED TV, Internet & Wi-Fi connection for entertainment as well.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the mod coms for an enjoyable accommodation and has access to a little patio at the back.
From the living room you access the ground floor master bedroom with a double bed, built-in-wardrobe and LED TV.
On the left you’ll find the living room one bathroom with walk-in-shower and on right the staircase to the upper floor.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a double size bed and one with two single beds.
