The apartment is located just under 1 km from local amenities, including a supermarket, several bars, restaurants, and the clubhouse at La Marquesa Golf Course. The main street of Ciudad Quesada and the town of Rojales are also just over a 5-minute drive away.
The property will be provided with sheets and towels for each bed and guest; please note that this is an additional charge and is not included in the departure cleaning fee. The cost is €15.00 per person and will be charged upon receipt of confirmation of the total number of guests booked.
