All the staff were amazing! The restaurant for breakfast was a great option. The place overall is a bit rundown or not really clean. I’m extremely allergic to dogs so I asked for a non-dog room and was told they don’t have separate rooms. Which was quite surprising to me.

The fact this hotel charges a daily parking rate is a joke. This isn't San Francisco, they have a massive parking lot that is on property so it makes zero sense why they would charge for parking other than to squeeze more money out of guests. The hotel is also kind of run down, the outside, inside, and rooms look like they haven't been touched since 1995. AC is locked at 65 and won't go below this temp. I remember when the Double Tree was regarded as a really nice hotel to stay at, but by the looks of things they're struggling. I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

Bedding was dirty and stained with what looked like blood, had to sleep with just sheets because housekeeping didn’t bring up a new one after I asked. I also had an early morning meeting but was in a room right above the wedding hall, we had been told that the music would end at 10:30, it went on till 11 and it was the noisiest the last half hour. As a whole it was a disappointing stay, especially for the amount my family and I payed to stay there. Marriott is better then what we experienced, I hope this property works in these very important customer service issues. I have photos of dirty bedding and blood spots on comforter.
