Welcome to Warren House — a beautifully restored 1800s cottage in the heart of downtown Rogue River. Built as one of the original homes in this small river community, the Warren House has been thoughtfully updated to blend historic character with modern comfort. Wide plank floors, original architectural details, and warm natural light throughout make this one of the most distinctive rentals in Southern Oregon.

THE HOT TUB
Step out back to your private 4-person hot tub on the deck. Open year-round, it's especially magic in fall and winter when the mountain air is crisp and the stars are out. The fire pit on the deck rounds out the outdoor experience — perfect for evenings with a glass of wine after a day on the river.

THE GAME ROOM
The loft game room is the social heart of the house. Featuring a full-size air hockey table, pool table, arcade game, and a collection of board games, it's the perfect place to wind down after a day exploring the Rogue Valley. The 70" Smart TV in the master bedroom keeps everyone entertained downstairs too.

THE OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered front porch is quintessential small-town Oregon — a perfect spot for morning coffee while watching downtown Rogue River wake up. The back deck with hot tub and fire pit gives you total privacy. The Rogue River itself is an 8-minute walk away, with hiking trails, fishing, and kayak access.

THE LIVING SPACES
The main floor flows from a comfortable living room through a fully equipped kitchen to the back deck. Three bedrooms are spread across the main floor and loft, each with a queen bed and fresh linens. One full bathroom serves the house.

Rogue family adventures.

From the moment we stepped in it was clean cozy and just right for our family if 6. We spent a week adventuring in near by cities and walking the town of Rogue river. This was a perfect little hub for our daily outings. The beds were so comfortable! We loved it here.

We had a comfortable stay. Close to dowtown.We had a chance to explore the little town of Rogue River...so sweet. The house was a little chilly but, there were space heaters that we used. Loved that they had a washer n dryer! Host was great!

Lovely vintage home

We had a great stay at Warren House. It is well set up in each room with attention to little details and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s walking distance to a great coffee shop and restaurants and the river. A great location to explore the area like Crater Lake. The only reason that I give it 3 stars for location is that it is across the street from U-Haul but that didn’t really impact much. The host communicated well. Highly recommended.
