Villa Laganini can accommodate up to 10 guests and features 5 stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with access to a spacious balcony. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV to ensure your maximum comfort. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house, two of which even feature bathtubs.

The open living area, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, invites you to relax. Enjoy meals together here or relax on the comfortable couch. The breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and Rogoznica will help you forget the stresses of everyday life.

Outside, you’ll find a heated infinity pool equipped with a counter-current system and a massage function. Here, you can cool off on hot summer days and relax on the sun loungers. The outdoor area also features a modern outdoor kitchen with a gas and charcoal grill—perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars. If you’re arriving by boat, an anchor buoy is available for boats up to 7 meters in length.

A special highlight is the villa’s rooftop terrace, which is covered with artificial turf. Here, you can enjoy various sports activities such as soccer or badminton while taking in the stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area.

Villa Laganini also features a modern Loxone Smart Home system, which allows you to conveniently control the lighting, air conditioning, and other functions.
