The apartments are located in the quiet fishing village of Rogoznica on the Šibenik Riviera, 150 m from the gravel beach and 500 m from the town centre. The house has six rental units, including two large apartments, two small apartments, a studio and a guest room. The outdoor area offers a lawn, sun terrace, garden terrace, shaded spots, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities. Bicycles are available, and a boat can be used by arrangement.



Apartment D is located in the attic and is approximately 30 m² in size. It offers a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, and a 2 m² balcony with direct access to the garden.
