We’ve stayed here previously, and will continue to when we have work events in the area. I have some medical issues that make it necessary to have access to a kitchen to cook our own food while traveling. This little house is the perfect size for our needs, and it’s a nice place to crash at after a work day. Host provides good communication, is conscientious and great to work with. Just a lovely stay each time!

A real gem

Hotel quality with all the comforts of home! It truly is a Cozy place to stay. The owners are very kind, accommodating, and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

This lit’l house is perfect! We rented to stay during a work event, but the Lit’l House made the trip feel like a vacation. The house is comfortable with a nicely outfitted kitchen. The area is quiet and tucked into a cozy neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and friendly, and provided just the right touches. We will definitely be returning when we need lodging in the area!

Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up.
