The quiet but central location makes it the ideal starting point for excursions into nature and cultural explorations in the city on three rivers. A private terrace, a covered balcony and the communal garden complete the offer of this bright and friendly flat
Thanks to its central location, you can reach shopping facilities, cafés and sights quickly and easily. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling, skiing or excursions to the Bavarian Forest National Park. The region also has a lot to offer culturally - including the baroque old town of Passau with its historic buildings and museums
