The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall.

Parfait pour decouvrir Rodez

Chambre qui donne sur la place Foch et la cathedrale. Un grand lit confortable, une climatisation discrĂšte, une salle de bain immense avec peignoirs et machine Nespresso. Un mini frigidaire complĂšte le tout vue la chaleur c est utile. Tout peut ĂȘtre fait Ă  pied pour le centre historique et le musĂ©e Soulages. Un parking souterrain jouxte l hotel. L accueil est souriant et motivant. Juste bien pour dĂ©couvrir Rodez

le receptioniste US est une perle ! trĂšs aimable et prĂȘt Ă  rendre service non stop : le souci c'est l'hotel !! la porte vitrĂ©e de la baignoire qui tombe sur ma jambe gauche et m'Ă©corche Ă  cause ,d'un non entretien des gonds est inadmissible : la reception fermĂ©e Ă  20 H sans me prĂ©ciser le num Ă  appeler si je decide de sortir c'est bizarre et encore la rĂ©ception fermĂ©e entre midi 1/2 et 14 H ça ,fait sourire !! que les hoteliers ne se plaignent pas de manque de client. Il faut trouver leurs horaires d'ouverture .......

Magnifique! Chambre de bonnes dimensions trÚs confortable avec capsules de café, thé, biscuits.. et savonnettes en plus du savon liquide, "carolines" pour les cheveux, petits chaussons...Et en plus vue super vers cathédrale. Quant au petit déjeuner, il fut bien complet. Personnel trÚs agréable.

SĂ©jour trĂšs dĂ©cevant. Rien ne viendra compenser l’accueil mĂ©diocre.AprĂšs un premier contact tĂ©lĂ©phonique en demi teinte nous trouvons porte close Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă  16h40 (accueil prĂ©vu Ă  partir de 16h00 sur hĂŽtel.com). Le personnel n’est prĂ©sent qu’entre 17h00 et 20h00, en dehors de ces heures mieux vaut n’avoir besoin de rien. La chambre est vĂ©tuste (moquette ternie, papier peint decollĂ©, pieds de lit cassĂ©..) et pas parfaitement propre (moisissures et traces diverses dans la sdb). La fenĂȘtre donne sur une arriĂšre cour technique occupĂ©e par de bruyants blocs de Clim et une colonie de pigeons et leurs dĂ©jections . MalgrĂ© les grosses chaleurs (33 degrĂ©s) l’activation de la Clim nous est refusĂ©e car ce n’est pas encore la date. Nous dormirons fenĂȘtre ouverte dans le bruit des compresseurs et des pigeons. Un mini-bar vide et pas branchĂ©, pas de coffre fort
