House only about 200 meters from the beach at Kramnitze, which has a beautiful jetty. The older house is located on a beautiful natural plot with fruit trees and large lawn area, which is fenced, so children and four-legged can not get on the street. There are two terraces, one of which is partially covered, so the summer evenings can be extended outdoors. The house is located next to a playground and football field. No rental to youth groups desired!
