As soon as you step into this comfortable and air-conditioned vacation home, you will be greeted with a spacious and welcoming open floor plan decorated with a coastal theme throughout. Choose your favorite bedroom and then relax in the cozy living room, which is perfect for unwinding after a day spent at the community outdoor pool. You can even watch your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals and snacks, or treat your group to a barbecue using the community park-style charcoal grills. The condo comes with a covered balcony that has an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while lounging or playing cards. Other amenities include a shared washer/dryer, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and TVs in all bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.
