House is nice but needs some TLC and a deep clean

House was big enough for our group but definitely needed some TLC and a deep, deep, deep clean. Carpets needed to be cleaned and the pool was a bit dirty.

First vacation with a dog - worth it!

We had a great family vacation and were happy to bring along our golden retriever! We are a family of 6 with mom and dad, three children and grandma. There was plenty of room in the house and the walk to the beach was not too bad. We loved that dogs are allowed at that beach. The only issue we had was hurricanes Franklin and Idalia that made the ocean waters very choppy that week, and we lost all of Thursday to Idalia, but there were plenty of good DVDs to watch and games to play. There are complaints about cleanliness with carpeting, but you get to bring your dog!! It's worth the trade off. We're definitely talking about a return trip to this house. Thanks!

Quite place to relax

We enjoyed the house and area. The house is laid out well and had what we needed. The house needs some TLC door hinges fixed and re aligned. But otherwise we loved the house location and views very good views. We would and plan to possibly stay again next year.

Exactly what was needed!

Imagine watching the sunrise AND sunsets from the same deck! So close to the beach and the sound loaded with kite surfers. The pool was awesome, private and refreshing. Nice size for our family of 8. It’s out of heavy traffic and pleasant neighborhood. Perfect spot to reconnect.
