Villa Paradís is an ideal house for families seeking to rest in a peaceful environment, less than 10 minutes from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Dorada, and with a large outdoor area, featuring a private swimming pool, barbecue and a lovely garden full of different corners where you can enjoy the area's pleasant climate.
The villa is located in the town of Roda de Bara, very close to Tarragona. The house is spacious, decorated with great taste, with every luxury of detail, and with different areas, thought out to the smallest detail, so that both adults and children can have fun and make for unforgettable holidays.
There is only one problem… and that is we know you won't want your holidays to end. For the youngest members of the household, they will have their own private area, full of toys, a ping-pong table,… and a bouncer in the garden where they will spend endless hours having fun. And we also have a surprise for the adults, but to discover it you will have to come and see it for yourselves…
You won't be able to stop visiting the wonderful beaches of the Costa Dorada. The beaches of Roda de Bara, Torredembarra, Comarruga,… are only 5 – 15 minutes away. You'll be able to take advantage of the good weather and Mediterranean atmosphere, and taste the wide variety of gastronomic offerings that the area offers.
Don't forget to enjoy a good paella, with a good local wine, on one of the terraces right on the beach with sea views!
Furthermore, you will be able to enjoy yourselves with the wide range of leisure activities, both daytime and nighttime, that the area offers.
The house consists of three floors:
On the ground floor, which is at street level, there is a spacious lounge-dining room with access to a covered terrace and views of the swimming pool and garden. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you could need. And finally a small toilet.
The second floor is distributed with three exterior bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and the third bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Additionally, it has a large bathroom with a bathtub.
Below the ground floor, with access from both inside the house and from the pool area, we find a leisure room for adults, with a screen-projector, large sofa, bar counter for preparing delicious cocktails, table, air conditioning, all perfectly lit and decorated, to spend a wonderful evening. On the other hand, we find the children's leisure area, equipped with all kinds of toys. And finally, there is the laundry area and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool, lawn area, barbecue, several areas with tables and chairs, and outdoor parking space for two cars.
We are looking forward to you discovering this unique villa, probably one of the best in the area, which will surely make your holiday an unforgettable memory. On our part, we will do our best to make it so, and we will be delighted to be able to offer you a unique stay.
The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.
A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.
Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.
The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.
The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine.
No charcoal is supplied for the barbecue.
Both before and during your stay you can consult me about everything you need.
Anything you need prior to your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.
Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to welcome you, show you around the house and explain how everything works.
I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you need.
If you need my help during your stay it will be a pleasure to assist you.
Quiet and residential neighbourhood, completely safe.
It is highly recommended to have a car.
The house has two uncovered parking spaces. In any case, you can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.
If what you want is to enjoy the house and make some occasional outings, another option is to use a taxi, as there is service 24 hours a day.
There is also a bus stop near the house but the schedules are very limited.
Likewise, the Roda de Bará train station has very limited schedules.
We can arrange taxi transfers to the airport or anywhere else for you.

Bookings are not permitted for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OF AGE.

This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a peaceful, pleasant and residential environment.
*** If you are looking to organise a large party, loud music, and disturb the neighbourhood, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***
*** ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER CANNOT SUPPORT IT ***
Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).
RESPONSIBILITY
The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted. Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.
It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.
If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For stays of 28 days or more, supplies of electricity, water and gas are included up to a maximum of £200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request for the required amount that the guest must accept and pay.
Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN
The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
The loss of keys will incur a supplement of €50 for each set.
