While our stay was great. We were awoken by children running around upstairs. We told the person working and for a few hours the children were quiet but after that, there was running again. That was my only bad review about it. That is why I just gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This place is amazing. Every room has a balcony or porch with views. It is close to the main part or town but still very quiet. There was a good included breakfast. Room was clean and spacious.

It was a clean place to stay for one night-nothing fancy. However the people above us made really loud noises so we had to bang the ceiling several times. I know it’s not management’s issue but I think they should impose quiet hours for like 9 or 9:30 so our children can sleep. I was getting ready to go to the front office at 10PM but then they stopped so I didn’t go.

Very happy with our recent stay at this hotel. Neat and clean room and excellent room service. Very conveniently located near Estes and RMNP. Highly recommended. Carpets are a bit outdated and will benefit from some updates.

Was told by internet they took pets. Booked with Expedia. Got to hotel manager was an ass. And said no dogs. He wouldn’t make any exception even though she was a service animal. I got screwed on my money.

Very friendly staff. Super clean. Centrally located. We even saw elk right across the street. Breakfast was good. We did extend our stay, and were happy to change rooms because the first room had a great view but the king size bed had a deep pit in the mattress. The concierge explained it was probably due for a new mattress.

Check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good and lots offered. Different as there are many buildings. Our room was updated and very clean. We would go back.

Good breakfast

Breakfast had a good variety of food to choose. Cleaning person did not clean our room the first day despite stating that they cleaned rooms every day. Location was within 10 minutes to downtown. Staff was friendly. Saw some elk on the property!
