The location was excellent. It was a 20 minute drive to either national park entrances. It was a short walk to most of the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

The staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was incredible for getting to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of a rushing river. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs at the continental breakfast.

The room was wonderful and the property is beautiful. It has that out doors rustic feel. The ppol/hottub area is very nice. The staff was great and helpful. It is just a few minutes to downtown Estes park.

This was such a pleasant surprise. No frills, friendly and warm treatment. The popcorn, movies, games, hot chocolate, fireplace candle and breakfast was such a crowd pleaser for our family.
