Located in Rocky Mount, just 8 minutes from Kaufman Launch and 15 minutes from the Loop 2, this barndo/shop house is sure to give you plenty to explore in Lake of the Ozarks. Tall ceilings and full amenities provide a welcome retreat from your offroading/boating adventures. With 2 bedrooms including 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, you can bring the whole Fam. The living room offers a wide couch for 1 so you can bring a friend as well. Heating and central AC bring like home comfort in all seasons. Two hose connects to wash off those machines and plenty of parking for trailers and toys. Your welcome to ride/walk the property trail system which encompasses 60 acres.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
