Located just above the shores of Clam Cove, this property not only has beautiful views of the ever-changing tides from the brand-new enlarged deck, but also from almost every point of the home and apartment. The many windows and bright decor offer natural light throughout the entire living space. The master bedroom is privately located at one end of the upstairs with its own en-suite bathroom. The additional queen bedroom also has spectacular ocean views with a shared hall bathroom.
Sit near the shore and breathe in the fresh salty air while you roast marshmallows for s'mores by the outdoor firepit or enjoy your lobsters on the deck or shoreside picnic table. Cozy and well-equipped, this stress-free environment offers a perfect location with convenient shops for everyday needs as well as for exploring the Midcoast and Acadia National Park.
You may also wish to experience the unparalleled access to wildlife from your backyard as you walk the sand at low tide or take a kayak trip out in the Cove and observe seals, porpoises, dolphins or a multitude of sea birds.
Visit the lighthouses at the historic Rockland Breakwater only minutes away or drive a couple miles more to Owl´s Head Lighthouse and its adjoining State Park.

Fishing fans will find striped bass, mackerel and more in Clam Cove during high tide, especially around sunset or sunrise. Nearby Rockland Breakwater or Rockport Harbor offer some of the best shore fishing in the region.

Neighboring towns of Rockland and Camden are only a few miles away and showcase plenty of restaurants, galleries, and shops to enjoy. The Samoset Resort and its stunning golf course on the Bay can be reached only a half mile down the road.

In Rockland Harbor you can catch the ferry out to spectacular populated islands with vibrant town centers and plenty of hiking trails.
