Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Brand new comfortable home located in the peaceful Rockport/Holiday Beach area. Extra-large deck with beautiful views and ceiling fans. Keyless entry & ring bell camera at door. Home has 3 bedrooms / 2 full baths, one with a tub/shower. This home has generous natural lighting and ceiling fans in every room. This amazing new build features 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a quiet and private night's sleep. Included are amenities like a/c, heat, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryers, top grade linen and towels that will make guests feel right at home. The bedding configuration sleeps 6 people. The extra-large leather sectional sofa seats 8 and could be used to sleep an extra guest or 2. The spacious kitchen has an 11-foot breakfast counter for eating and socializing. The freezer is equipped with that much sought after icemaker! Just show up with your suitcase, groceries and boat (because there is parking for it!) and settle in.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
