Room was very small. Bathroom door kept closing and hitting us. The refrigerator door would hit the door to the room. The people above our room were extremely noisy. The exterior door was on the right side of the building was open with a rock to allow anyone to come into the building. We moved the rock a few times and some guy yelled at us.

The entire hotel has a funky smell. The room was fresh but also smelled strange. The bed was a cheap frame and the mattress was a bag filled with asphalt millings. It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever laid on. Also they changed me a $50 fee when I checked in and nobody ever told me that was coming I'm supposed to get it back but it's been almost a week and nothing yet.

We only stayed in the room for about five minutes. The minute I got into the lobby of the hotel I could smell something that was off. They had used some kind of insecticide or fungicide or cleaner or something that made it very difficult for me to breathe. That has never happened to me before. When I went to leave, they told me that they could not refund my money and then I would have to go through the booking agent. I tried to go through the booking agent. The online chat was not working and they told me that the wait on the telephone would be 617 minutes. Needless to say, it was not a positive experience.

Hotel was very clean, room was very clean, staff was friendly...but I stay at suite hotels for the convience of the kitchenette, I had the kitchenette just nothing to use with it! No coffee pot, no utensils, no dishes, no paper towels, nothing...I found an info card in room state *available for purchase! Also, no curtains, blinds only, so room was lit up all night due to street lights, beds are on spring bases that are raised off the vinyl floors and make noise and move just by sitting on, walls seemed thin and could hear anything being dropped or sat on above me, no breakfast in small lobby, coffee was complimentary but I didn't even try it as the counter was a mess and finally no ice machine, what hotel doesn't have an ice machine! I completely understand keeping costs down but that was the most bare bones expensive hotel suite I've ever experienced...but it was very clean.

Room was musty and aluminum bed frame clanked with every move. Also, the residents are long term tenants and extremely odd. One was mentally unstable and I won’t go into the other person. Steer clear.

I was supposed to stay eight days total. I ended up staying two days total due to the second day in the morning. I got a phone call in my room from the hotel manager asked me to come down stairs for a moment and he would like to speak with me that he can’t say over the phone when I arrived in the lobby at the front desk, they escorted me to the employee lunchroom. They’re the Hotel manager explained that there was a caller the night before that had called three times in the middle of the night saying he was raping a 13-year-old child he explained in detail what he was doing. Also explain that the little girl was screaming upset bleeding very very disturbing to hear and also that I had to hear three conversations that this person apparently called and the very unloading part about it is the hotel manager said the phone call was made from my room at least that’s what the caller said. My friends live 2 1/2 hours away. I explained what was going on to them and they said that I need to come to their house right away and leave the hotel so therefore I did and then with help with my friends husband researched everything that happened at the hotel and there was even a place incident report made at the local Rockledge Police Department about it. I only got 4 days worth back all the eight days that I was supposed to stay and also prepaid for. And I only stayed two days and nor did the actual Hotel give me my $50 deposit back for the room it’s still showing on my credit card bill.

Very Noisy! The tenant next door had the TV volume really high and only turned it off only from midnight to 4am. The tenant above must have been dancing around in tap shoes! And, I do mean “tenant”, because it’s clear people are loving long term in this hotel. If you want a nice restful night; go elsewhere!
