Property is waaaay past its prime. Balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time - covered in mold and bird sht. Gross stain on the bathroom door - hopefully food, maybe worse? Overall not very clean. It appears most of the units are owned as time shares or used as long term housing. front desk closes at 8 with emergency-only contact allowed overnight.

The room was very spacious and very, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is older so a bit dated, but such a great value. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the view of the harbor was just beautiful! We highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay. Communication was great with check in staff and there were options for key retrieval after hours if needed. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would have wanted differently is the air conditioning unit to stay on all night rather than turning off/on after reaching a certain temperature in the room. The turning off/on made sleeping soundly throughout the night difficult at times.

The hotel was conveniently located for the ferry and some shops and restaurants. The internet was very bad which made the tv unwatchable. The pool and hot tub was nice. Front desk were pleasant It was quite noisy though from activity in the rooms above us. We ate lots of lobster and that made up for everything!!

I love the location,right off Main St,very walkable. The room had been renovated last year per check in desk. It looked as if they missed a final walk through. Damaged TV table,screen kept coming off to deck, bathroom ceiling needed paint, shower that didn’t drain well. Location is great,property needs to look at the fine details more.

The staff is great and helpful. Accommodations were very nice, could use some more lighting. Great location and view. We did not have time to use the pool but it seemed nice. We would return.
