The property was very run down, the windows were filthy. The room was clean but very basic.

Very old and smelt of bleach. Bathroom had cracked tiles and dirty. Fridge in cupboard that was rotting away. Wouldn’t stay there again. Free breakfast if you want to sit in a room that has no windows and finish by 8.30 so we opted not to eat breakfast.

Noone was available for check in until approx quarter past 2pm. Not a massive problem just inconvenient when we had kiddos who had been travelling for several hours and needed toilet etc. The 5th bed hadn't been made up and we needed to request sheets. No doona on the beds and the room got very cold. Unable to simply order a drink or milk from the adjacent restaurant, however ampol is just down the road. Just small inconveniences and didn't ruin our stay. The room was adequate for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely addition and was generous including dietary options (alternative milks / gluten free cereal and bread).

This was an overnight stay. Arrived late night, ordered a really good Thai meal made on the premises then slept like a baby on the super comfy bed. Breakfast was included , very basic but just what was needed for an early start.

We didn't manage to get much sleep due to the fact we constantly had banging and shouting from the next room and banging from the room above. We had 3 children with us who were all ill and trying to sleep
