A ho-hum breakfast. Needs more variety, fruits, egg dishes, sausages, bacon. Someone actively cleaning up and putting out food constantly! Some children unattended in area kept eating and throwing away food.

Book Elsewhere

Finger prints on mirrors and headboards. Mold above shower. Key card wouldn’t work so had to stand in hallway with luggage for 10+ minutes until he decided to give us a different room. I believe the person working was there alone and he did his best, was friendly and likely had poor management. They ran out of towels, all towels, so didn’t have any for pool. I won’t stay here again.

As returning guests, we were shocked by the state of disrepair and poor service at this hotel. Our experience was so negative that it has guaranteed we will not be back. The condition of our room was unacceptable. We found mold, a dangling heat lamp, non-functional outlets, and a broken TV. The linens were stained, one mattress had a strong, unpleasant odor, the A/C unit was excessively loud, and the entire floor smelled of must. However, the most upsetting part of our stay occurred at checkout. A staff member accused us of smoking marijuana and threatened a deep cleaning fee, citing dirt on the windowsill as "ash." We explained that the faint, temporary odor was from my handicapped son's sealed bag accidentally tearing. I asked the manager to inspect the room with me, and by the time we walked back up, the smell had completely dissipated. It was clear there had been no smoking. What makes this entire situation so absurd is that the hotel is located down the street from a marijuana dispensary, yet the staff chose to harass a guest over a minor, accidental odor that was gone in minutes. The lack of common sense and the hostile, accusatory treatment was beyond unprofessional. She did decide not to charge us for the fee. Since I wasn't going to back down.

Arrived very late overnight. Night desk clerk was very polite and helpful. Room was fine. Clean. However, the towels were horrible. Old and thin and looked lime they jad been used for years. Breakfast was good, but only 4 tables.
