First,we had to check out a day early due to the impending snow storm, something completely out of our control. They refused to negotiate on the non-refundable rate. Second, the elevator was not operating during our entire stay. I would like a partial refund for this significant issue. When I agreed to pay for the room, this issue was not identified. Being unable to easily climb stairs, this was an issue. I was not offered a room on the ground floor.

Gave no discount. Arrived and was told elevator was broke. They had no rooms on first floor, as we are seniors and cant carry luggage to 2nd. Floor. My sister had broken wrist in cast. Couldnt cancel, because we booked with Expedia! Staff was nice, breakfast should be till 10 on weekdays!
