I booked 4 rooms and selected to pay when we arrived. When we got there the lady at the front desk charged my card for all of the rooms. She then said the Expedia told her to do it. Which I felt was very wrong. And never authorized the charges she said I would have to take it up with Expedia. She had a condescending attitude towards me when I questioned it. She Said next time I book with a third party you should plan on using the card that I booked with. Which was not the case I book for family members that were not able to do it.
