Front desk staff at check in was very unpleasant. Spoke to me like i was stupid. I had never stayed at this hotel before and i was asking questions about where things were located and didn't get received well. Will think twice before staying there again.

The temperature in the room, no matter what you set it at, always went back to 61'. By itself. Pillows were hard. I asked for late checkout, instead of 11 checkout at 12N. I am an IHG member and was immediately told no with no reason given. I wanted to explain i worked nights as a nurse and wanted to nap before my 2 hour drive home. And hotel wasnt even busy. Room was decent...paint peeling...chipped doors and furniture. Cable went out, so no tv for 2 hours. Only hot part of breakfast was the make your own waffles. Just not worth the low price to stay...i guess you get what you pay for.

The parking was fine. Mostly due to few people staying there. The room was clean but we stayed 4 nights and basically all that was done in our rooms by maintenance, was make the bed. There was a dead bug in the bathroom thay didn't get swept up. The walk way on the odd or the west side of the 2nd floor had quite a slope to it. It was a little uncomfortable for us elderly people when walking. The breakfast was very limited on selection. No creamer for the coffee, no rolls or eggs so very limited. As far as the front desk help, they were nice but very hard to understand. I would think twice before i stayed there again.

This is a clean and value oriented option. The room was clean and comfortable. If you want a high end experience this is not for you. If you have high expectations for breakfast- you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a quality option to stay for the night this is very much worth considering.
