I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showed age and wear and tear. The towels were clean but stained/yellowing. The pool was dirty with a lot of things floating and on the bottom, so we did not feel comfortable swimming.

The breakfast was aweful and late it daid 6am but the staff could not be bothered to actually do it. The bread and cereal was weeks old stale. The rooms were filty the bedding filthy. Would NEVER stay there again it was so gross i checked out a day early cause i could not stomach it. Just let them keep the money and went else where.

Before you evaluate this property, please pause to consider two things 1) Choices in the Area 2) cost and value. If you do that, you wil find that it’s a great options. It’s not the newest property but for the price, it’s immaculate. I’d stay again since if I stayed at the Abbey it would be 4x or more. I spoke with the general manager who was committed to me having a good stay. What’s better than that?

Suprised that all the towels had yellow stains , they should use bleach or send them out. Breakfast eggs were cold in the server. Boxelder bugs during early March, a nuisance. Tv remote - off switch turned on the tv and on switch turned it off. Interesting. Hotel very quiet and overall rooms and hallway clean.

The room was filthy. The aheets were wet and smelled like urine. The attendant gave us a second room and it was gross too. He lied and said he wasnt the manager to get me out of his lobby after promising that his manager would approve our refund. Then when expedia called to get the refund, he denied it.... He was the manager the whole time.... I am still fighting to get my money back. But do not make the same mistake i did. This place is bad news. Go literally anywhere else.

This property is not very up to date! The sheets had many yellow spots the office chair and lounge chair were very old and tore up. The pool had a lot of dirt in spots on the bottom of the pool. The back of the building lights were not working, where i parked. So was very dark and hard to see. Vending machine wouldnt work. My friends cane to visit and they wanted to swim and the front desk charged me 7$ per child and adult. Theres some sketchy stuff that goes on there i seen with my own eyes. I will never stay there again
