Property is a clean, well decorated, older single wide mobile home. Short 5 minute walk to excellent beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to town. Does not have A/C, and we did not have portable fans, so the home got very warm during our August stay. Had to open windows and doors to cool down. Enjoyed the firepit at night - roasted hot dogs and s'mores were great.
