The Pilot House is a private four suite property in Rock Sound set on an acre and a half private estate with tropical landscaping and fruit trees. Originally part of the Rock Sound Club estate, the property has been fully restored and renovated throughout, now offering four private guest suites in a quiet setting.

The property is booked as one private stay and includes four separate guest suites, each with its own private entrance and en suite bathroom, allowing your group to stay together while maintaining privacy.

Each suite includes a queen bed, walk in shower, vanity sink with storage, air conditioning, smart TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee setup. There is no full kitchen on the property. An outdoor grill is available for guest use.

Located at the start of Madeira Road, the property offers access toward the Atlantic side, including Half Sound, Quarter Sound, and surrounding natural areas. Rock Sound Airport, groceries, and dining are about five minutes away. Jack’s Bay and Cotton Bay are about fifteen minutes away.

Guests have private access to the entire property, including all four suites, outdoor decks, gardens, hammocks, and grill. Parking is available on site.

Farmers Table Restaurant is accessible by trail without walking on the main road. An Olympic sized pool is available next door with day passes. Tours and local services can be arranged with nearby providers.

A car is recommended for getting around. Standard vehicles are suitable for everyday travel, while higher clearance is recommended for more remote areas along the Atlantic side.
