These extended stays are old and outdated compared to the photos. Having families and long term stays, these are more like apartment hotels. Honestly charging regular hotel fees for what you are actually receiving is absurd. These are 2 star rated and it shows. Rooms are not entirely bad I have seem worse, but you do see the wear and tear from long term stays. People are definitely not cleanly and house keeping is not doing a great job at up keeping the property. Halls smell like smoke and mildew, updates should be made to these hotels every few years to help maintain them.

The bathroom was half cleaned. When I reported the cleanliness, the supervisor seemed empathetic to what I encountered. Shortly after that, we started seeing roaches, not bedbugs. I went in brought cleaning supplies to clean the room. I was visiting from another state and a lot of of the other hotels were booked. If not, I would have left. Once I brought up the issues about the roaches upon our departure, the management was very defensive as if she was also rushing me. I will not return and I will be reporting it to corporate.
