Exceeded Expectations!

This was our first time at a Tru by Hilton and it was a great experience. Check in was a breeze — can choose between contactless or via front desk. The lobby had games and a fantastic variety of snacks & beverages available 24/7. Room was clean & comfortable with a big TV and cable/streamimg options. The shower was awesome too. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots of variety and extras like salsa and a yogurt bar. The Lavazza coffee is also a plus. Don’t hesitate to visit this location!

We were greeted cheerfully and quickly given access to our room upon checking in. The room was clean. I especially appreciated no carpet and surfaces that can be cleaned easily. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast had good choices, but eggs logs were not as good as regular scramble. Grits and sausage appreciated! Price was reasonable. Probably wouldn’t pay more though.

Breakfast was fine. Staff at check in was very friendly but the overall stay was horrible. There were kids running un and down the halls screaming at 1130 pm. Front desk said there was nothing that could be done. I was so mad. The pillows are terrible.
