I didn’t have breakfast because I woke up late but there was plenty of great coffee left for me and I was able to grab a banana :) wonderful service. The bed was ultimate comfort — exactly what I was looking for and needed. Loved the shower and products provided.

At check in she was really nice. The room was clean. We didn't eat breakfast so i can't speak for that. The tv wasn't working so we had to call the front desk, they sent someone up and fixed it for us. The only complaint i would have are the beds, they ARE NOT comfortable. Hard as a rock and i could feel the springs. We stayed 2 nights and i barely got any sleep and hurt the next morning. It was very quiet. All in all, i probably would'nt stay again because of the beds. But if you don't care about that then its a good place, and right across from carowinds. That's a plus!!

The staff and very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times. Decent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. The last time we stayed, the room was not completely cleaned, and we were given another, upgraded room with no issues. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place

In a great location close to Carowinds, we love this brand of hotels because you get a full kitchen. Very clean and staff were super kind. Breakfast is decent, can find enough to eat to fill you up. Beds were comfy but not the best. Bathroom clean and modern. Pools is small but perfect for a soak after a busy day
