It was horrible. There was NO hot water, the entire time we were there. We were told after 4 days into our 6-day trip, they didn't know when it would be fixed and advised us to leave and get another hotel. They then did not answer the phone or correspond with Hotels.com to verify and now we can't get a refund. when we asked Hotels.com to reimburse

I just want to say that the property could have handled the situation differently. The situation being there was no hot water and low water pressure for the week we stayed at the facility 11/26-11/30. Spoke to Ty at the front desk and his customer service skills did not impress me. Would I recommend this place? I would say no but that’s just my preference.

We were on the top floor in a king suite. My mother is handicapped and hand to take the stairs do to both elevators being broken. There was no hot water. The host new all of this at check in and said nothing . I asked the manager if he was aware and he laughingly said yes.

Nice, big room. Modern and convenient. Easy parking. Water pressure in bathroom was horrible and it took forever for water to warm up. I was very disappointed that room did not have a bath, just a huge walk-in shower that was poorly designed.

The room and hotel were clean and the location was great. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, but it was food. The lady working out keeps it nice and fresh. The biggest issue is there is NO WATER PRESSURE. It was not like this last year when we stayed there. I'm not sure, but the bathroom sink and shower had no water. It barely trickled.
