Such a great impression just walking in the front door. The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean and a beautiful fireplace. Our room was spacious, comfy beds comfy and a nice bath area. My son and grandson enjoyed using the gym and pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. A good location near restaurants, shopping and the interstate. I'd stay here again.

Don't Book Through Hotels.com for this Hotel

The stay itself was fine - amenities were great, people were super nice, and it's local to everything. The problem we encountered was actually when we checked out. We originally booked through Hotels.com the night we intended to arrive, August 29, using Affirm but didn't actually check in until 2a on August 30. For whatever reason, this screwed up our checkout, leaving us with an extra charge on a separate account. We contacted Hotels.com about this and the hotel supposedly never responded to verify so they told us there was nothing they could do. I contacted the hotel directly and they told me their manager wasn't available; it was 6a so I understood and called back after 7a. The manager still wasn't available but the concierge was great, looked into my claim and said they would refund the charge within 10 to 12 business days. It's been 13 days and $178.41 hasn't been returned. Just book through the hotel and save yourself this trouble.
