When we walked into the room, it looked really nice. But when we walked around, there was food all over the floor. The remote to the tv didn’t work which was fine because we were there just to sleep and leave. We will not stay at this one again

Decent place but I think they definitely should disclose that they have not had a working pool for over a year and their breakfast consists of waffles bagels yogurt and cereal. Overall the place stayed quiet and staff was nice. Again, just should disclose certain info online when searching for hotels with pools or a full breakfast that this place isn’t in that listings.

Enjoyed our five day stay. Rhonda the General Manager, was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff were pleasant to work with. Breakfast was good. Great location across from Carowinds. Will definitely stay here again.
