My stay was nice as a whole. I did encounter a person. Sketchy in nature, however tried to offer me a "date" for the evening. Which definitely caught me off guard. I was not expecting that while out of town. Very peculiar that made me feel slightly uncomfortable about staying in the future.

The rooms reeked of smoke somebody would start cooking at 2 o’clock in the morning a.m. very noisy kids screaming late at night. I think there is a family that lived there very inconsiderate employees smoking out front in the main entry. I think this facility really needs an audit from. Expedia

Check in was slow..no hello..no smile. Check out worse..no one at counter…nothing much for breakfast…lobby dirty…got fed up waiting to check out and find out if they put through $50.00 or got rid of it…had a shower and slept…no tv or coffee used…not pleasant area…felt like in a slum area. However, the room was clean.

There is nothing to like!! The staff is very questionable and when told that the TV, hairdryer, ice maker and juice machine weren’t working they looked at us like we must have broke these things. Also the room was very dirty with someones food still by the bed! I have not stayed in a Microtel by Wyndham before and will never again. They advertise breakfast included but the breakfast only included a mini bagel or a muffin and toast with no juice.

The staff member when we checked in moved at a glacial pace. There was no urgency around the line waiting to check in. The staff in the morning though was very apologetic and helpful. The room was not very clean to the point it felt uncomfortable walking around bare foot. The door handle on the inside of the room fell off when exiting the room the first time out. I had to reattach the door, shift the handle and use the upper hook with my other hand to even open the door. This was a safety hazard and very frustrating to deal with when trying to manage our stay.

When we first got there there were a lot of people hanging around outside smoking so right away asked if we could cancel a reservation and was told no and we got to the room there was mold all over the top of the window and curtains I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it so I'm disputing it we left

We traveled from MD to Rock Hill to visit with family. The pictures online are a complete fraud. This establishment is in HORRIBLE CONDITION. We checked in and right back out. I have pictures. This place should be closed immediately for renovations, it is dirty and unsuitable for stay. Problems included: trifling carpet and walls, furniture looks like someone used the used the bathroom on it. The microwave and bathroom had mold and rust everywhere. Total disappointment.
