Your staff here is absolutely wonderful! Julissa and Priscilla (unsure of spelling) went above and beyond the typical service. I was here for a work conference and brought my family along, the staff here made the stay easy and comfortable. The location is nice and shopping is convenient. Round of applause for all the staff here - the maintenance, the kitchen and the leadership. I appreciate good service and believe it should be recognized!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and had a lot of variety. The negative: Our air conditioner stopped working on our 2nd night and we had to change rooms at 11pm.

Why I did not give five stars. When animals are allowed on property they need to be controlled. A barking dog on a Saturday morning in the hall for over an hour is not restful. We will not use this facility again. Will read more carefully if dogs are allowed.
